Most projects require vacating the property during construction. We can discuss your specific situation and timeline during the initial consultation. If needed we can help you find a rental and storage facility.

The consultation, site survey, and design proposal are all free. We refine the design based on your feedback, and you proceed only to contract when you’re confident in the plan. We also provide 3D visualization so you can see exactly what the completed space will look like.

All construction is handled by our in-house team. Because our designers and builders work in the same company, communication is seamless and quality control is excellent.

We handle both apartments and detached houses. For detached houses, we have experience with various structures including wood frame, reinforced concrete, and steel construction.

We specialize in comprehensive renovations rather than isolated updates. For example, we don’t take on projects that only replace a kitchen unit or refinish flooring without addressing the broader space.

We provide ongoing after-sales support and maintenance services. Our relationship doesn’t end with handover, we’re here to support you after move-in.

Yes, we accept international wire transfers. Transfer fees and exchange rate differences are the customer’s responsibility. Payment schedule is discussed and outlined in the contract.
